Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of RankPilot at https://rank.hanzla.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated 1 November 2026.
The service
RankPilot reads search and analytics data from accounts you connect (for example Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4), stores it, and turns it into reports, alerts, tasks and exports about your own websites. It gives analysis and suggestions. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, and its estimates are labelled as estimates.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think it has been misused.
- Connect only properties and accounts you are allowed to connect. If you invite colleagues or clients, you decide what they can see.
Your data and Google data
You keep your rights in your data. You give RankPilot permission to access and process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle data, including data we receive from Google, is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can disconnect Google at any time and delete your account from your account settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or the terms of Google or other providers.
- Do not try to access another customer’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits.
- Crawling features are for sites you own or have permission to crawl, and they respect robots rules and rate limits.
- Do not resell or republish the service itself without our written agreement. Your own reports about your own sites are yours to share.
Plans and payment
Some features need a paid plan; plan limits are shown on the pricing page and in your account. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Changes to your plan take effect as shown when you make them.
Third-party services
The service depends on providers such as Google. Their availability, quotas and terms are outside our control, and a change on their side can change or limit what we can show. Where you give us your own API key for a provider, you pay that provider directly and remain bound by its terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, tell signed-in users.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where the law requires it.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make from the reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
